Managing and authorising employee timesheets is a critical discipline in the workforce managent. In order to easily and successfully disseminate this responsibility down to operational management or supervisor level, we recommend TimeTEQ.

TimeTEQ has a simple user friendly interface. Employees worked hours, or shifts, are displayed in real time showing rostered, actual and adjusted or payroll time. Colour coding and powerful filtering facilitates a mulititude of departmental and exception based views, allowing managers or supervisors to quickly and efficiently deal with exceptions or anomaly's. The net result is a minimal amount of time required to ensure that this critical discipline is maintained on a regular basis.

A comprehensive array of logging preferences can be preset within TimeTEQ in order to streamline timesheet verification and authorisation. Preferences and thresholds can be set to deal with early and late clocking from both a rostered and non rostered perspective as well as auto logoff for employees who forget to clock off for their shifts.
An example of this may be a late start threshold that rounds payroll time back to the rostered time if an employee clocks in late up to say a 5 minute threshold or rolls their payroll start time forward to the quarter hour if they were to clock on after the 5 minute threshold. For the protection of both management and employees, an uneditable log is generated for any changes made to timesheets .

For environments where time clocking is not required, authorisation of timesheets by exception to roster is available as an option within TimeTEQ.
