Flexible Reporting

From a reporting perspective we have 180 available reports to select from. These can be sorted by Surname, employee number, paypoint, location, department or cost centre. All reports are delivered via the Report Management System. Essentially this is an on line secure server, security defined, that stores all process & month end reports. These reports are stored for the entire finacial year after which you will receive an CD archive of the entire finacial year. If your reporting requirements are adhoc, we can configure reports to your requirements.

Recent developments allow us to automatically seperate & email reports on cost centre. If you have a manager who is responsible for a cost centre or branch, they can now access reports for their payroll without manipulating the master report.
