Messaging

TimeTEQ messaging module provides the facility to send messages to individual employees or to broadcast to groups of employees defined by site, department or role. It also provides the facility for employees to reply to the sender via a normal keyboard driven PC or via an on-screen keyboard on the employee self service terminal.

Preference settings allow for messages to pop up automatically as an employee enters their PIN on the Kiosk, ensuring that employees receive and read notices and messages. Other functions and benefits of TimeTEQ's messaging are: 

Schedule messages to be sent at a later date and time
Set an auto notify to let the message sender know if a message has not been read by a preset time and date
Read messages are date and time stamped, providing an audit trail and confirmation of when the message was read
