IGuard is the world’s first web based Time and Attendance Data Capture and Access Control terminal that includes authenication via fingerprint, contactless smart card and PIN pad. The unit can be configured to authenticate using only fingerprint, PIN number and fingerprint, PIN number and smartcard or for extreme levels of security a combination of all three. iGuard's fingerprint/Smartcard option enables the  storage of the employees details and print on the card facilitating as many as 5000 staff on a single iGuard.

Utilising Internet communication protocols (TCP/IP), the iGuard’s embedded software application is accessible from any computer anywhere in the world using a standard Internet browser. Editing and transferring employee details and time data with a traditional time clock system requires trained on-site personnel, dedicated computer systems or both.

In a multi-site environment, this equates to long-term cost of ownership that in many cases is over-looked when purchasing these types of systems. In simple terms, maintenance and data transfer for export to payroll from multiple sites can all be easily managed from one location.

Using existing Windows based POS terminals, CE based handhelds or standard Windows PC's together with a USB Finger Print reader you can significantly reduce the investment in additional time capture hardware.
